We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are not in this condition will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@uk-pilatesreformers.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns for reasons other than shipping damage will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. This reflects the large size of the items that we sell and their related shipping and handling costs. If it is outside of the 30-day return period, your item will not be accepted.
