Return Policy
We put our customers at the heart of everything that we do – that is our commitment at UK Pilates Reformers. As such, we take great pride in having the most customer-friendly policies in our industry.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are not in this condition will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@uk-pilatesreformers.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns for reasons other than shipping damage will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. This reflects the large size of the items that we sell and their related shipping and handling costs. If it is outside of the 14-day return period, your item will not be accepted.
Damage
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you believe the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please document the damage with detailed photos and contact us within 24 hours of the product being delivered. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right for you.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at sales@uk-pilatesreformers.co.uk.
