Shipping policy

We send orders to our customers through the transport company DB Schenker.


Preparation and Delivery

The delivery date at the customer's address depends on the availability of the product and the shipping location.

  • If the item is in stock, then the usual delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days.
  • If the item is out of stock, or it is a customized order with upholstery other than grey or black colour, then the usual delivery time is between 3 to 6 week.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination of the order.


Heavy or bulky items

Deliveries of all items will strictly be at street level.

If you require special delivery conditions, or assistance to move the item into your home, you must notify us before placing your order to obtain a customized quote.

Special delivery conditions include:

  • Assistance required moving item into your home (ie beyond your doorstep).
  • There is no elevator or access by stairs prevents the delivery of the merchandise.
  • The  a specific delivery date is required.
  • Restricted passage areas.
  • Access is for residents only or in private areas.
  • Authorization from the City Council is required (bulky or heavy transport, special measures, circulation hours,...).
  • The area requires prior request for reservation of loading and unloading.
  • Areas where heavy trucks cannot circulate, restrictions on flatbeds. 3.5 ton trucks etc.
  • Traffic is restricted to certain hours.
  • Abnormal curbs, pivots, containers and small or narrow access.
  • Passage is single lane only or any other type that prevents parking and unloading of the vehicle.
  • Pedestrian only street.


The Nature of Shipping

We promise to do our best to get your item to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times based on what our suppliers and shipping companies tell us, and those estimated shipping times may change or vary without notice. Delays can arise from countless supply chain issues that cannot be anticipated, such as:

  • Steel mills and other material manufacturers falling behind due to bottlenecks
  • The manufacturers delayed because of the component suppliers
  • The overwhelming demand on shipping, factory, warehouse, and dock workers
  • Strikes and protests

Order delays can happen. They are unavoidable and outside of the control of UK Pilates Reformers. While this might be frustrating, we humbly ask for your patience and understanding as we work with our manufacturers and shipping partners to get your items to you as soon as humanly possible.
